[RxPG] Baghdad, April 23 - At least 22 people were killed and over 40 injured in separate suicide bombings in Iraq Monday, police sources said.
A suicide bomber rammed his explosives-laden vehicle into a police station in the Baquba city 65 km northeast of Baghdad, killing at least 10 people and wounding more than 20 others, including policemen, sources said.
In northern Iraq a car bomb went off near an office of Kurdistan Democratic Party in Tal Asquf village of Mosul, killing at least 10 people and wounding over 20, said Brigadier Saed al-Jubouri head of the police media office in Nineveh province.
Earlier, a suicide attack near the Yasamin Restaurant in Baghdad's heavily fortified Green Zone killed at least two people and injured over 10 others, an interior ministry source said
Daily bombings still prevail across the war-torn Iraq, despite the US-Iraqi forces' crackdown on insurgency.
Meanwhile, six US soldiers were killed in separate attacks across Iraq Saturday, military said Monday.
About 3,325 American soldiers have been killed in Iraq since the US-led invasion in March 2003, according to media count based on Pentagon figures.
