By DPA,
[RxPG] Buenos Aires, May 18 - Former Argentina coach Cesar Luis Menotti said that the young Barcelona star Lionel Messi should learn to 'organise his joy.'
'The starting point is understanding that football is about a team that plays, that has creation, defence, attack and recovery,' Menotti said in an interview that Argentine sports daily Ole published Thursday.
'When he organized the joy he had from - 'Cebollitas,' Diego - became what he was eventually. That is the best comparison,' Menotti said of development to stardom.
He compared the concept of team play with what happens in music.
'In an orchestra you arrive with your violin and you steal time from the melody to make it shine with your talent, but the orchestra goes on, and you have to give back that time,' Menotti said.
The man who led Argentina to World Cup glory in 1978 stressed that 'Messi has every possibility to make it' to the highest levels of football.
'As it is, he is already a player who delights,' the coach said.
Moreover, Menotti denied that there is currently any other player at Messi's level.
'I see no other who shines that bright,' he said.
