[RxPG] New Delhi, May 3 - Hollywood's much-awaited comic book-based action adventure 'Spider-Man 3' is releasing in five languages in India Friday.

Based on the legendary Marvel Comics series, 'Spider-Man 3' will open with 700 prints and has been dubbed in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Bhojpuri. This is the first time Indian audiences will watch Spider-Man delivering his dialogues in Bhojpuri.

'Percept Picture Company contacted me because they are aware of my popularity in the region,' Bhojpuri superstar Ravi Kishen told IANS over the phone. 'Posters of the film have already come up showing half my face and half Spider-Man's face.'

In Bhojpuri, Spider-Man will be called 'Maakad Manav'.

Ravi is confident that the film will hit the right chord with the audience. 'People in Bihar and UP will come to see the film because they love my voice. It's a love story and it is going to be a big hit,' said Ravi.

Made with a budget of $258 million, the film reunites Tobey Maguire and Kirsten Dunst with director Sam Raimi at the helm.

'Getting together with all the people I've worked with before was terrific,' said Tobey Maguire.

'Creatively, I think we work well together. I've had more room to contribute as Sam has gained trust in me and given me more of a voice in each successive movie. We try to make a unique film with its own story, its own journey, with a tone and theme fitting under the umbrella of the Spider-Man franchise,' he added.

With an adventurous web of secrets, vengeance, love and forgiveness, the movie is expected to transport worldwide audiences to thrilling new highs.

'Spider-man' was released in India with 234 prints on May 24, 2002, and created history by grossing Rs.270 million. It was ranked the 6th best grosser of the year.

'Spider-man 2' came in 2004 and was released with 303 prints that collected a sum of around Rs.350 million. It was the third best Hollywood release in India.

Keeping the records in mind, this time 'Spider-Man 3' is being released with 700 prints.

In 'Spider-Man 3' Peter Parker - has finally managed to strike a balance between his devotion to Mary Jane - and his duties as a superhero. But there is a storm brewing on the horizon.

When his suit suddenly changes, turning jet-black and enhancing his powers, it transforms Peter as well, bringing out the dark, vengeful side of his personality that he is struggling to control.

Under the influence of the suit, Peter becomes overconfident and starts to neglect the people who care about him most. Forced to choose between the seductive power of the new suit and the compassionate hero he used to be, Peter must overcome his personal demons as two of the most-feared villains yet, Sandman and Venom, gather unparalleled power and a thirst for retribution to threaten Peter and everyone he loves.

Six years ago, Maguire accepted the role of Peter Parker and his alter ego Spider-Man for director Sam Raimi. Two blockbusters later, and the pending release of the third film in the highly acclaimed series, Maguire reflects on the character that changed his life.

'I have changed and I guess we all have. We've gone through all kinds of things together over the six years. As you know people more and develop friendships, hopefully the work gets better too,' said Maguire.
