[RxPG] Mumbai, April 19 - The media has been splashing news of playback singer Udit Narayan's son Aditya joining Zee TV as the host of a music-talent show, but the young man is also poised for a career as an actor.

'I'm waiting for the right offer. If I get it, I'll surely do it,' Aditya told IANS.

He has just finished a three-month acting course in London.

'Acting is another option. If I get good offers I'm open to acting. In the meanwhile, my practice is going on every day. Music and singing are in my genes. So I may end up dividing my time between acting and singing,' said Aditya, who as a child did pivotal roles in 'Jab Pyaar Kisise Hota Hai' and 'Pardes'.

Aditya's father had also starred in a couple of Nepali film before he called it quits.

Though Zee TV has announced the 19-year-old Aditya as a replacement for Shaan on 'Sa Re Ga Ma Pa', he denies having taken a decision on the matter.

'Yes, I've been approached. But I haven't said yes as yet. I'm giving the matter a lot of thought. I may or may not do it finally.'
