[RxPG] New Delhi, May 14 - A Delhi Court Monday reserved its order till June 6 on Britain's plea to deport expatriate Indian Maninder Pal Singh to stand trial for allegedly raping and killing a teenager, Hannah Foster there.

Reserving her order, Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Kamini Lau, said she would however hear final arguments on the issue of Kohli's extradition on June 1 as the external affairs ministry Monday made some additional submissions related to the case.

The court had on April 28 reserved its order for Monday to grant Kohli an opportunity to respond to the stand taken by the ministry on the request of its British counterpart.

The ministry had submitted to the court that Kohli was a 'fugitive criminal' and his conduct of fleeing from one place to another to avoid his trial made him liable to be extradited to the country where he allegedly committed the crime.

Kohli had been arrested July 14, 2004 at Kalimpong in West Bengal and has been in custody since then.

Kohli is charged with the rape and murder of 17-year-old British girl and then fleeing to India.

Hannah was abducted near her home in Portswood, Southampton, in March 2003.

Her body was found two days later and a post-mortem examination revealed she had been raped and strangled.
